An appointment is required.

We require 48 hours cancellation notice. This allows us to inform our standby guests of any new availability as well as keeping my schedule full. To reschedule or cancel any appointment/service, please call or text 416-704-9665 & leave a voicemail if needed.

If you are going to arrive late, please notify me as soon as possible as we reserve a specific amount of time for each service. We may have to  either make changes to your service or reschedule for a later time or day to ensure we have time.

When an appointment is missed without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. Our clients on our standby list also miss the opportunity to receive services.

A no show fee of 50% of the missed appointment is enforced and will be charged prior to booking your next appointment. After 3 consecutive NO SHOWS you will be charged full price of the missed appointment prior to booking your next appointment.

All information collected by Hair by Alex Salon is for  salon use only and will not be shared with anyone.

Any hair extension, straightening or Keratin treatment,special occasion styling of 2+ people or colour correction will only be held with a minimum of 50% deposit. Our Cancellation policy does not apply to these services. This is a non-refundable deposit and additional fees may apply when rescheduling a new appointment.
